Terms and Conditions for purchasing Tickets to LIVE EVENTS

By purchasing a Ticket to a Live Event, the purchaser will be forthwith called “Ticket Holder”. Any accompanying paid guest will also be called “Ticket Holder”.

In the event that a Ticket Holder cannot use their purchased ticket, no refunds will be offered, however any purchased Tickets are fully transferable to other parties, who then accept that it is their responsibility to present proof of transfer prior to attendance at an Event.
All Ticket Holders names will be on a Door List. No paper tickets will be issued. Ticket Holders are to retain their email confirmation, or receipt, as proof of purchase.
Ticket Holders accept and agree that no further Claims, Liabilities, Demands, Suits, Causes of Actions, or Proceedings of any legal matter, Losses or Damages out of negligence, error, omissions or any other Acts resulting from, or any other Acts associated to this Act will be entered in to, and it is the Ticket Holders sole responsibility to ensure their own personal health and safety whilst at an Event.
Ticket Holders accept and agree that all Personal Information including names, contact phone numbers, email addresses, location addresses, dates of birth, credit card details etc, will be held in the strictest of confidentiality. Any personal information collected will only be disclosed or used with the Ticket Holders strict permission
Ticket Holders accept and agree that the information provided may be used for future marketing/advertising for which they give permission that only email addresses are used in this manner.
In the event that this Event is cancelled or withdrawn, or the date is changed, the Ticket Holder agrees that any tickets purchased can be transferred and/or used for a future event, or a refund will be offered minus a 25% administration fee. Ticket Holders accept and agree to this Clause.
